We had a wonderful stay! The room was spacious and offered amazing views of the mountains. The pool area was lush, perfect for lounging. The staff were exceptional, always smiling and friendly. Plus, the set menu meals were delicious, not too heavy at all. 😊

The Premium Double or Twin Room was a solid sanctuary for my stay, with a cozy vibe that made unwinding easy after a long day. The design and placement offered a remarkable amount of natural light, which brought out the room's best traits.

The decor really shows its age and could use a refreshing update to avoid feeling old-fashioned. While the room is great, I noticed a lack of entertainment options—having a smart TV with more variety in channels would’ve been appreciated, especially when it’s too relaxing to go out. Plus, the dining area was unnaturally quiet and lacked atmosphere during dinner. a more vibrant setup would really elevate the experience. Lastly, the pool area could benefit from a dedicated bar or snack service, as it seemed like a missed opportunity to enhance the overall vibe.

Warm fires and soft jazz create a wonderful atmosphere at this elegant hotel, accompanied by friendly staff and excellent daily meals. The hammam and massage with Amina was a standout experience. a little more bar service would enhance the pool area vibe.
